All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
- If your item is defective, you may email us immediately after you received the defect item.
- Buyers must attach a photo of the defect on the item.
- Please include your name, name of item and invoice number in the email.
- In the case of defective returns, we may refund back the exact values of the item purchased.
